When I entered the Hotel, I was immediately greeted by the Hotel Guest Greeter. She was right on point & exceptional. She let me know immediately, that there was an issue with the hot water and if I wanted to cancel my reservation, there wouldn't be a penalty. I stayed & hot water was restored by AM.

Property is outdated. It is clean but not modern (USB porter missing) dishwashers in the suites are very old and noisy. Breakfast is very low quality, the food is pretty dry overcooked eggs seemed like pastic etc.Noo individual jam or butter containers, everyone is touching the same spread knife etc. For the price of the rooms they should improve their breakfast for sure.
