This was a comfy space to stay in. I recommend double checking the descriptions when purchasing because they offer single private rooms and entire suites. Do not accidentally make the mistake of booking a private room if that’s not what you want. This happened to us and we were a bit frustrated. Nevertheless, Hostly Stays provided A1 customer service. They allowed us to upgrade for a small fee and were very understanding. We needed to check out a few minutes after designated check out time and they were okay with it! Customer service is A1- very kind, understanding, and coherent. Will definitely recommend/ be back. Thank you guys!
