The staff were excellent, and so was the buffet breakfast. The hotel supplied free transportation to and from the airport. I didn’t like that we had to pay $90.00 (after tax) extra to stay a few extra hours due to a late evening flight. That brought our total cost for 1 night to $342.10 !!!

Our room more than we expected, very clean, great beds and we had a suite. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and great options, it was a buffet of breakfast from quiche, scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast bacon sausages etc.

This room was amazing, clean, bright, full fridge, dishwasher, very well outfitted. It was above and beyond what we expected. Took shuttle to airport and train to Rogers Center. Very convenient and reasonable versus renting a car. Overall it was a 12/10!

The hotel shouldn't accept bookings when they don't have clean rooms and limited staff to check in. I didn't stay since I had to wait to get a clean room and I was exhausted from being awake for over 24 hours.

The property was great. The check in process was a little frustrating as I gave the agent my drivers license and she said oh she needed to see my passport because they only recognize Canadian driver license after a little probing it was clear it wasn’t a policy just her own preference which left a bit of a sour taste however I’ll be back

Comfortable Stay

Had to find a hotel at the last minute due to a canceled flight. Pleasantly surprised, close to airport, clean and comfortable. Shuttle service ends at 5:00 p.m. but they comped a taxi to pick me up at 10:00 p.m., I was impressed with their customer service.

First we arrived to the hotel and had to wait 2 hours for check in after I called and they said our room was ready. The manager gave us a $60 voucher which for dinner for the inconvenience but that did not cover my family and I when I asked the manager if he can add extra to cover all of us he said that is all he could do he was really rude about it. Mind you we are a family of 4 To top it all off they where rude and not to helpful most of the staff only a few where nice and willing to help. During our stay we asked for extra towels they came almost 3 hours later. We went for breakfast one morning and the food tasted refrigerated and the sausage smelled and tasted spoiled. On the night before we checked out the fire alarm was going off we went to exit our room and one of the house keepers was telling the guest on our floor that they where just testing the alarm that it was of to go back in our room . My daughter suffers from epileptic seizures so flashing lights trigger her seizures. When we realized the fire department was called because we looked out the window and seen the lights so we all ran down the stairs we where the last family to leave the building. I didn't reach out to you guys first because I decided to contact the Hyatt customer service and they still haven't reach back out this is so unexcitable and I am so disappointed.
