Well, they didn’t have coffee after 10:30 or juice. So I wouldn’t know about the food. It’s a very new location the room was perfect. Floor to ceiling windows offers a spacious feeling. However, there seemed to be a bit of discombobulation taking place, like overbooking. I was turned away in person. Therefore I made a reservation online and was accepted. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay. There seems to be a lot of bare walls no art work or accessories just yet. The fire alarm went off twice. It was only open for 45 days I am sure once time is under their belts things will run more smoothly. I did enjoy the stay. It’s a lovely building.

The room was not soundproof. You can very well hear conversations in the neighboring rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up by the crying of children in the neighboring room. I am not a light sleeper; you would have thought he was in our room. We heard the parents preparing the bottles and heating them in the microwave. Breakfast area too small, wait 5 min in line to have access. Bed and wifi is good. Big parking.

We arrived at the hotel on 11pm and couldn’t check in untill 1am. The room turned out to be not ready yet. It had no curtains. I had to use bed sheets as a make-shift curtain. AC was not functioning and something like plastic burned every time I turn it on. We had to sleep without AC.

Breakfast Buffet Experience – Summary: The breakfast buffet was decent in terms of taste, but the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel did not seem prepared to accommodate so many guests, and the staff appeared stressed and overwhelmed. I asked for warm milk for my coffee, but was told that what was available was all they had, so I could not enjoy my coffee the way I like it. Food ran out quickly and was not replenished in a timely manner, and there were not enough plates at times. Unfortunately, the buffet did not meet the expectations of quality and service.

I'm not going back, which is a real shame.

There is a problem between the Hotel.com system and the Hyatt House hotel system. We booked two separate days. In both cases, we booked two double beds, as there were four of us. When we arrived on the first day, their system showed one king-size bed and one sofa bed. That didn't work. We told the front desk that we had another reservation in seven days, so we asked them to check if two double beds were okay. When we arrived for our second reservation, it was still the same problem. After some discussion, we finally got a room with two double beds. However, the room had no curtains and no towels. In addition, the hotel is new, and out of the four elevators, two or three are always out of service.
