Would appreciate the provision of bottled water in the room. The air conditioner is quite loud at night. The room temperature was only 16 degrees when we arrived and it took a whole night to warm up to 23 degrees. Would appreciate more food variety for the breakfast buffet. Coffee tastes pretty good.

The hotel is relatively new. Staff seemed polite and courteous however, didn’t really do anything that jumped out. We had a king suite on the 8th floor. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Was disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom had water damage around the ventilation, shower had black stains on the wall and shower floor. Was just okay. Not sure I would stay again.

When we got The room the floor was sooo dusty but I never made a issue of it as I thought next day they would do refresh they came the following day and touched nothing except replenish towels the bathroom no refresh everything as is I was wondering if no room service if that’s normal to only replenish towels and leave the place messy
