worst customer service I’ve experienced

Check-in was a complete mess. They claim parking is included, but they never provided me with the key. When I tried to contact them to fix the issue, they stopped responding altogether. Very disappointed — the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

They tried to sell us a room upgrade as soon as we arrived which was vert frustrating. It seems Like a gimmick to get more money out of people and a little dishonest if you ask me. When someone pays 600$ for a night, get your hands out of their pockets.
