Location, location, location

We typically stay in hotels, so this was a first for us to stay in an apartment. The owner's instructions were very detailed, and the owner was very friendly and responded quickly when we had questions. The layout of the apartment was great and the apartment had that comfortable homey feel. The big thing with this one...location, location, location. First of all, the views when you look out the window were incredible. With where the building and the room are situated, it looks like the highway goes right under the building. However, when doors and windows are closed, you don't hear the noise. We didn't need to drive once there...it is a short walk to the waterfront, other Toronto attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. We walked to the nearby Farm Boy grocery store and got all what we needed to make breakfast in the apartment. Highly recommended!

This place has a gym but the gym is not accessible to non-residents of the condominium. I thought it would be and it was a hard to get a decent workout in. The key fob for parking is a little tricky, it caused a few headaches and the front desk will not help you if you are not a resident. Overall the person communicating with the booking was very attentive and provided good communication and service. I would recommend this place but since I enjoy my exercise immensely the lack of a decent facility for non-residents, I probably will not book it again because of this but every other reason would be a good reason to book. Thank you for this day it was very clean and served my needs.

Amazing location. We were 500 meters front the CN tower and Rogers center. We came in for a game and it was great to walk and not have to take any transportation. Great suite and great location.

Great location, walkable to Union Station and many of Torontos best attractions. Not a regular hotel room so offered huge amount of space for travelers. VERY difficult check in process. The "Concierge" is actually a contracted, agency "Security Guard" who knew little to nothing about the building. The young lady "working" the evening of our arrival was unable to answer BASIC questions related to accessing the building, for example she did not know how to enter the parking garage, OR what street the garage entrance and exits are located. She was also unable to direct us to stairwell locations. We ended up stuck in the elevator, which was extremely unsettling and uncomfortable!! We actually had to activate the "call" button in the elevator and involve the third-party elevator service to exit the elevator. FORTUNATELY, that gentleman was very helpful and was able to provide a resolution remotely.
