Room itself was amazing , HOWEVER , the staff’s communication at the front desk was extremely rude, be prepared to be talked down too when not understanding what staff are saying.. as well as the snappy directions you receive when asking about where to go because there’s 2 separate buildings as well as a separate parking garage, other than that it was ok

The property is in a very nice area, very convenient for touring around Toronto downtown. My problem with this property specifically is that it is advertised as a premium property and had a premium price, but there is nothing premium about it. It is inside a very nice apartment tower, but that is it. The apartment itself is not premium or luxurious in any way so you are paying for the location and not what you are getting in the apparertment itself. And on top of everything, the crew at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. I was misdirected, given the keys to a different unit with no explanation as to why, given no details, no welcome, not even hello. And while I was there I saw three conflicts happening with three different guests. It is the worst experience I have ever had with front desk people. This completely ruined the experience for me and will never stay in this location again.

Conveniently close to Roger’s Centre. Less than 5 minute walk. Asked for high floor and was upgraded to 40th floor from 18th floor at no charge. Bed could use replacement but overall was good.

Life Suites Loft is extremely close to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower. We were in Toronto to go to a baseball game and the loft location was more than ideal. The space was quite comfortable and newly renovated. I highly recommend it!

Actual unit was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Check in process was clunky and lacking communication. When checking in I received a link for instructions which only worked once. When attempting to pull up during actual check in the link didn’t work. It took my family 20 minutes to figure out where to go. Since this isn’t a traditional hotel, the “front desk” is a security desk with staff that is only partially responsible for hotel. They were not friendly. We showed up 40 minutes prior to check in and were told we needed to pay a fee to check in early. We just waited at a restaurant across the street. I understand that is part of their black and white policy, but it wasn’t handled in a professional or friendly way. The actual unit was nice but overall service is lacking and doesn’t reflect the price or hotel star rating.

Great location nice condo, could not figure the fridge out and the bed and pillows were quite soft. The elevator was a little wait occasionally but it worked for us and works absolutely stay again

Amazing location that felt safe at anytime, day or night. They couldn't make things simpler for going to the Rogers Centre. Restaurants and entertainment are within a matter of steps from the lobby doors. Check in and out was simple and painless, and the security staff were very polite and professional. The cost of the stay is worth every penny, and I will be booking another stay there in the future.
