The total renovation of my large house is finished! No expense spared with all new beds & bedding, rugs, bathrooms and shower renovation etc. Out valued guests enjoy a clean quiet ' home base ' for friends & family get together, fabulous shopping & dining, plus nearby professional sport events featuring the Maple Leafs, Raptors & Blue Jays, etc. The Distillery District, Eaton Center & Berkeley Event Venue are walking distance, but public transportation is also only steps away!
This is a fully renovated downtown house with all new furniture, including beds and 100% cotton bedding. See pictures. Consists of 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 power room on main floor house with 2 parking spots at the backyard.
Features a modern open concept living room, 18 person dinning room, TV room and kitchen on the ground floor. Master bedroom with a California king size bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a queen size bed, third bedroom with a double size bed, another bathroom on the second floor. A small bedroom and an open bedroom on the third floor loft has 4 single beds. A bedroom with a double size bed and an open bedroom with a double size Canopy bed adds to the coziness while you share a large bathroom on the lower floor. Two double size futons in the TV room could sleep four if they want to be alone or just stay up late watching Netflix movies on the new TV.

Awesome Place
Yvonne’s place was amazing. It is in a fun location close to bars, restaurants and shops. A short Uber ride to downtown but the train is also convenient. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Toronto.
