AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. This rental was completely misrepresented, unsanitary, and not guest‑ready. The owner actively lives in the home, leaving personal belongings scattered throughout the entire property — toothbrush, razors, medications, grooming tools, underwear, clothing, and used hygiene items. The kitchen, pantry, fridge, and freezer were filled with his daily‑use food, along with alcohol bottles stored in cabinets. Trash bins were not emptied, hair was on multiple surfaces, and every room had dirty, smelly bedding. The listing also falsely advertised a washer and dryer that were not present. This property was not cleaned, not prepared, and not suitable for occupancy, violating basic hygiene standards and platform policies regarding accurate listing descriptions and guest readiness.
