Communication was horrible. I booked the place at least 2 weeks in advance, and they didn't send me any information regarding the key. I called them multiple times, sent them emails, but no reply. Finally, one day before, on the day I was able to get hold of someone and they stated it's okay, just come and grab it if no one sent you the app information for the key. Our first night, the AC broke, and the people kept saying it would be fixed tomorrow, but it wasn't. The second day, too, they wouldn't give me a confirmation whether the AC would be fixed or not. The apartment had a very poor ventilation system, so the apartment without AC was unbearable. After a very hectic and frustrating day, and speaking with the manager several times, they finally told me that the AC won't be fixed until another day. I asked to speak with the owner, and after many back and forth with the manager, reassuring the owner would contact me, I was finally able to obtain the owner's number. After finally speaking to him, he refused to accommodate me in another apartment and told me I had two options: one to wait till tomorrow or he get me refund and I can find another place. Overall, it was just a very horrible experience. The apartment was new and very nice, but the management and communication were horrible.
