The hotel had great parking available, the staff were very polite and the location is decent to the airport.
Very decent complimentary breakfast with an affordable option should you want a full breakfast. I would however offer guests tray to carry their meals from the serving area to the tables.

The concierge was very friendly & patient. Although upgrades are included through expedia, the male at the front desk offered to upgrade my room for an additional cash payment. I paid, however the jets in the tub were not operable. That city has change quite a bit. Breakfast had a variety of options, however, eggs are an additional cost. The overall ambience was welcoming.

It was a very busy night and most of the hotel was booked. I was so grateful to the empathetic staff for upgrading me to a room on the top floor. It was super clean, especially the bathroom, for my kids to shower in. They had a very restful and peaceful night thanks to the staff at this hotel.

Staff support lacking, couldn’t get front desk on phone always busy.Bathroom had dirty spots and windows dirty. Tv wasn’t working properly. Service in general poor, the server lady in the restaurant was excellent. Was charged 20% extra for room service.
