Room smell like mildew and the elevator Breakfast was nothing much croissant, bagel, muffin, tarts, cereal, coffee tea they want you to pay $8 for eggs and bacon The fifth floor smell like stink bombs and weed. Check in late our room was not ready The room says patio and balcony and there is nothing like that in the room so that’s fake advertising Jacuzzi was very nice that’s the only reason I didn’t give this place one star So unhappy I want a refund but it was too late to go somewhere else or get a refund

The Monte Carlo hotel experience was disappointing. The room was unclean and poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings and a persistent unpleasant odor. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to requests. Amenities advertised were either unavailable or in poor condition. Noise from nearby areas made it difficult to rest, and overall, the stay did not meet expectations for the price paid. The cleaners were the nicest people there, but the manager was very rude. Would not recommend.
