room was nice, clean and big. breakfast that was served as part of the stay was poor; yogurt, toast, oatmeal and fruit salad. $150 deposit charged to your card before check in with no posting about a deposit before check in. staff were a little rude on the phone regarding deposit and rude at front desk on check in.

In the middle of the night we were awoken because water was loudly filling the tub which seemed to be coming from the tub in the room above us - so basically, that rooms used bathwater was somehow draining into our tub. We reported this to the front desk and they claimed they had never heard of this happening before. I read some older reviews of the hotel and found at least one mentioning the exact same problem, so sounds like they haven't been doing anything to fix it
