We enjoyed our on-site restaurant meal. Our main floor room was spacious and comfortable. One of the chairs was missing a foot so that it wobbled.

When I checked in I requested a noon checkout on my last day. The chap said he entered it on my room #. When I arrived last night I again checked and they said it was on my file. Again this morning I checked at front desk and they agreed it was on my file, no problem. Well guess what I got at 11:05 a phone call from the front desk telling me checkout was 1

I liked the way the manager greeted us upon arrival. She also enquired if we were hungry and made an extra effort for us to get a meal. That was commendable.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. Hotel is old and not the cleanest. There was old toothpaste on the hairdryer cord, hairs in the sheets. WiFi was as slow as a turtle and the breakfast was just awful. I will not stay there again

I reserved two rooms for myself and a friend, relying on the hotel’s reputation and my own previously pleasant experience. Sadly, what awaited us this time was a stark contrast to the standards I once appreciated. The deterioration was immediately apparent—most troubling were the dirty bed sheets, which showed clear signs of neglect. When we reached out to staff for replacements, we were met with indifference and a lack of urgency that made the situation even more frustrating. Cleanliness and basic hospitality should never be compromised, especially in a place that once held my trust. The disregard for guest comfort and hygiene was not only disappointing but unacceptable. Regrettably, this experience has ensured I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
