Food was fine. Bed was fine. Bed sheets had stains on the side which was either blood or ketchup. Not sure how cleaning lady missed it. If unable to remove stains please don't use them again. Grossed me out when I found out.

Complementary food only means pastries and bagels and bread if you want eggs and bacon anything hot you have to pay extra per day. The hotel is old looking nothing modern and expensive. Wild them was pleasant and nice with good customer service. I would not recommend my family and friends to spend the money at Monte Carlo was not worth it. pool wall was peeling. Sent 2 night $400 usd.

Nice hotel, clean. Only issue was with the included breakfast. We had to leave right after the breakfast opened every day. In the past I just had to ask the front desk for paper plates while picking up the breakfast voucher to be able to grab breakfast to go. This time they had to find someone to get approval to take breakfast to go and couldn't start that process until 7am. It was a hassel everyday. On the last day we skipped breakfast as we didn't want to deal with the stress.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean. Food in restaurant was excellent. Only issue was the room above us had a jacuzzi tub that was leaking into our jacuzzi tub. We heard drips ALL night. It was coming through the fan and down the walls. We are waiting to hear back from the manager regarding compensation
