The unit was missing basics for an aparthotel such as garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and paper towel. I can live with that, but the host made a mistake with the checkout time they listed on Expedia and then refused to honour it. Late checkout was one of the reasons I picked this place! They unsympathetically rushed me out before the listed check out time (due to their mistake!!) and I ended up missing a day of remote work as I was kicked to the curb with my bags. This issue could have been easily resolved or compensated for, but the host just didn’t care. Put a damper on my whole trip to Toronto! I’m sure the host will respond and try to shift blame, but this was their mistake putting the wrong checkout time on Expedia. Would NOT book here again.
