I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Union Station. My 90 year old mother and I were in to see the opera and visit the ROM. We stayed one night. I am not sure what the extra $100 fee is though. In case of damage? Will it be refunded? I certainly hope so since we spent very little time in the room!!

You are mainly paying for the location here, so don’t expect the facilities to match the price. Our bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, parking costs $40 per night extra, which feels excessive.

I really liked the location as it is close to all the waterfront amenities and also in a good location to allow me easy, walkable access to my relative living in Toronto. I did not like the fact that I was not offered my VIP offers and did not realize this until my stay was almost over.

Whenever we go to Toronto we stay at the Novotel and have never been disappointed. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Love that they will store your luggage if you arrive before check in.

Gorgeous property, everything was clean, easily accessible. Parking was about plus as you can use the garage until 6 pm on the day you check out. So we stayed parked there while we went to the Hockey Hall of Fame. One less thing to worry about!
