The pod I stayed in was on the ground level, the pod above me must have had a sheet metal frame because throughout the night a big metal clanging noise would reverberate loudly as if my pod was amplifying it and I wasn't able to sleep. When the person above me left the problem stopped. On top of that it was uncomfortably hot. The pod was tidy and clean. Bathrooms and amenities were all good otherwise, wouldn't stay again because of that noise issue though.

Clean and comfortable enough, but the amenities and layout need some work. There were no hooks in the single pod room, the lamp hanging from the ceiling is right in the way of your head when getting up into the bunk, the washrooms are something out of a restaurant, not somewhere you'd stay overnight, and the shower room setup is tiny and inconvenient.

The matress looked kind of old and dirty and my blanket had hair that probably the machine wasn't able to get off. The air sure needs to circulate a bit more as it felt stuffy and smelled funky. Make sure you get the top beds as they have more air flow. Bathrooms were ok, clean enough for a shared space. I do recommend showering at night (even though you come in super late and tired) and not in the morning, otherwise you'll stand in line, plus the showers are cleaner at night. The café area is great, the best part of the facility I would say. Overall, it's ok for a short sleepover in a very convenient location.

It was actually really cozy until I realized I got attacked by bedbugs.. Few on the back of my neck, hands, wrist, arm, shoulder, chin, and 1 on my back and ankle. No I don’t have allergies and Ive never been attacked by bed bugs like this before.

I had a fantastic stay here. The sleeping room was very quiet and all guests were respectful of noise levels. I would still recommend earplugs, as you can hear people shuffling around, zipping bags, etc. Breakfast was basic (toast, cereal, fruit, and coffee) but very appreciated. Everything was new and clean. Towels are provided, and the change rooms were helpful. The only thing I would note is that the shower room is not private (though they do have separate men’s and women’s rooms). There are two shower stalls in a very small bathroom, which makes for a very cozy experience if you’re showering while someone else is showering lol! Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for solo travellers, the location/price can’t be beat, and the owners were amazing! We had an issue with billing and they fixed it immediately.
