It’s by no means a “nice” hotel. Staff are not the most pleasant and the building interior isn’t the best condition. Vibes are a bit weird with other guests but it does the job. Airport shuttle was h good .

The restaurant attached to the hotel is adequate. The extra fold out bed and cot were barely adequate but the mattresses were poor. Bed, room appointments and bathroom were adequate but not very attractive. Bare bones shelter.

Upon arrival we were given a room that looked nothing like we booked. There were holes in the wall and the room itself was filthy. Even the hallway leading to the room was filthy. I went to the front desk and showed my the pictures of the room I booked and explained that the room they put us in was nothing like it. Front desk staff was understanding and switched us to a 2nd floor room. This room was better than the first room and was like the pictures on expedia although the pictures are likely from when the hotel was first built. The room was dirty, had cobwebs in corners of floor, bloodstain on the bedskirt, something splattered on the wall, a hole in the wall (hidden behind chair), etc... And again hallways leading to the room were dirty. We were uncomfortable to even put our bags down for fear of bedbugs or cockroaches. We stayed long enough to take pictures and then checked out. Once back home I informed expedia of the state of the hotel and that we had not stayed even an hour of our 2 night stay because of the condition of the rooms. Quality Inn was only willing to refund 1 night of our 2 night booking. And initially was also going to charge a cancelation fee on top of that. However after speaking to the expedia rep a second time did waive the cancelation fee but still only refunded one night. Do yourself a favor and don't book a night at this dump.

Hotel room worked for our needs but definitely needs some updating. There were some areas on the bedding and towels that weren’t spotless clean. But it worked for our needs.

I didnt like that the pack of soap was open.. the room floor in one corner wasn’t clean.
