Room could use black out curtains. City lights were rather bright. While the suite was well equipped it lacked coffee. Yet had a very nice coffee maker. A basic in all property stays.

We rented the design condo from April 30th to May 3rd. Lots of problems with damage deposit my credit card company flagged them as fraud. Checkin was a problem because we didn't know who the host was. Nothing sent to my email. After 40 minutes of digging and finding someone we were able to get into the suite. Security in the building good but not knowledgeable. Suite is as in pictures. The patio screens all dirty and broken apart so had to keep them closed because there were these little bugs off the deck and walls outside that flew came into the rooms so trying to kills all those in the bedrooms. The deck is very dirty. No chairs to sit on deck, windows very dirty. Only bath towels to use. No hand towels or face clothes. A sponge to wash dishes with. Instant coffee, sugar, powdered coffee creamer. The rest of the suite was clean. No plugs for any sinks so you had no choice but the run water. No microwave. Suite is clean and beds comfortable. TV remote a challenge but couldn't get regular tv. Seems to be all pluto. Recommend yes but host needs to do better in supplying stuff or state they don't supply stuff. Host needs to be more on the communication side and approachable. Fans in bathrooms never turn off so have to keep doors closed all the time.

Great location but confusing checkin

The unit itself was amazing! 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with a great view and 5 minute walk to skydome and CN Centre. The negative was the communication. It is really confusing. When you go to check in it has nothing to do with the front desk. You have to call and arrange everything. I had to call 7 times and it took me 1 1/2 hours to get checked in and there was no parking for our unit. We had to use parkade across street and cost $40 for 18 hours. Your going to need alot of patience but the unit was worth it!

Property had wifi, satellite tv, and air conditioning listed as included with stay. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any wifi or tv available for my stay. The air condition didn't keep the room cool as me and my partner had a hard time sleeping the second night. Cooking was another matter as there wasn't a frying pan available. The view was amazing and I found it secure. Location was great for the concert we attended.

I checked in with my ID. Given a room key and garage key. I was in my room for less than an hour before security came and told me I need to leave. I was cooperating, asking what's going on. No reason other than they are going to call the police. When I got to the lobby, it turns out they gave me the wrong room and blamed me for trying to use a room I stayed in 2 days previous. I will be clear, I showed my ID at the desk and was given the key. I did nothing wrong. It turned out that the room I was supposed to stay in did not have my email address to send the check in confirmation. I called Expedia 12 hours before showing up because I never received the email and I was told that everything was okay. In summary, I did everything I possibly could to make sure that the check-in would be smooth and instead I was forced out of my room, threatened with police, and wasted an hour easily when I was trying to decompress before going to a concert. The way this was handled was so embarrassing. Expedia and the property alike

This property is a hidden gem. The prices were phenomenal, the location is great close to shopping/attractions. The condo was beautiful/clean and so much better than a hotel room. Security is in the building 24/7, I felt extremely safe here. Check in and out was simple. Over all 10/10 will be staying here again.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodations. The 3-bed 2-bath suite was perfect for our crew of 2 adults and 3 kids.Suite was clean. The view from floor 22 was excellent (corner suite faced north & east). Customer service and 24hr building concierge is reliable - when our flight got cancelled and we had to reschedule our check-in for 12:30am, it was easy to reach a live person to sort that out. Minor gripes we had were that the bathroom fans were constantly running and couldn’t be turned off, some electrical outlets didn’t work, and there was no microwave so food can only be cooked or reheated on the stovetop or oven (the oven wasn’t that clean and there’s no bakeware provided). No wash/face cloths, bar/body soap or hair conditioner was provided so plan for that when packing. The tv remote was also not working but I happen to have the same tv at home (TCL) so I knew it was probably an issue with the remote. If you download the Roku app/remote on your phone, it should work (it did for me). Those issues weren’t deal breakers for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I were planning another trip to TO. The location is perfect. Roger’s stadium, Ripley’s aquarium and the CN tower are literally across the street. Starbucks is just beside the main entrance and there’s plenty of restaurants nearby. Union Station is within walking distance. Uber is convenient. For groceries or personal items, there’s a Metro and Dollarama within a kilometer of the building.

The condo was absolutely stunning. It was in great walking distance to where me and my friends needed to go. Side note is that, one of the bedroom doors did not close as it was broken and the bathtub in that room did not fill up as there was no plug for it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go again.
