Basic room but affordable

Essentially its a dorm suite in a student residence. No amenities in the suite other than a fridge and microwave. Would recommend bringing your own paper plates, cups, cutlery etc. Bed was not the most comfortable, and I wish there was a bedside lamp rather than just overhead lighting. Convenience store on the property, buy very expensive. Subway restaurant also there as an option. Overall, its best features are affordability and proximity to the highway. Fine for a short stay.

This place has a 24 hour security surveillance. Safe, and clean. The staff Ralph showed us the unit before we checked in. A full size refrigerator & microwave in a two bedroom unit is good enough for a small family. The place is for long term students and transient visitors. Laundry machines and gas stoves are in the building if needed. Overall we like this place. It was all what we need. Will stay again at this residence if we visit Toronto in the future.
