Service was ok nothing crazy , location was great . We book on the 4 floor was really quiet , then tried to stay in the same room for xtra night then the problems started . Floor #2 was noisy and the staff wasn’t really helpful i had to book trough expedia to get a better price

The front desk staff were very disrespectful during check in and the room wasn’t ready for almost an hour. Was not comped for anything during the wait for the room, like snack/drink coupons etc. at the nearby restaurants, unlike the couple behind me who were comped for a 5 minute wait for their room. Not to mention, the room was dirty and had fingernail cuttings and beard trimmings in the bathroom! Extremely unimpressed with the stay here.
