The condo was clean, and the instructions provided were very clear. The time we spent there was very nice. We used the pool, which had a lovely view of Lake Ontario.

The door lock wouldn’t work. I had to re-try at least 7 time each time to get thru. The customer service was even worse. Didn’t fix the problem in time and there was nothing done to make the stay better

Great place to stay, lots of amenities. So much to do around you. Grocery store nearby is a real bonus. My only complaint was that the directions to get to the lobby of the building is very vague. More direction, like take the elevator up to 4L from street level would have been nice. Other than that the place was super clean, very spacious and overall a great place to stay.

Great location. Felt self as a solo female traveler navigating the neighborhood. Street cars directly outside of the door to take you east towards downtown. Clean building, everything covered.

This is a great location and perfect for the stay near the heart of the action in Liberty Village, It is quite a walk to get from the entrances of the building to the actual tower with the unit in it. Allow 5-10 minutes to figure that out. If you have luggage that does not have wheels, plan accordingly. Still a really great way to stay like a local!

property was in a great spot in Liberty Village, so many little spots to shop or dine nearby. Property was very well kept and safe and secure. Small so would not suggest more than 2 people staying there.

clean and cozy place. a little difficult to navigate, making it out of the parking garage was a struggle. finding our room was another journey. once we were all settled in everything was perfect. room had a comfy, firm bed, and lots of great seating. a kitchenette with everything you need. if you were planning a longer stay, they have a supply closet you can restock yourself with. a great view of lake ontario from the balcony. 8.5/10.
