The rented apartment was excellent, the codes provided worked well. But not enough explanation of where to park in the parking spaces and to get to rented apartment too much walking. Labyrinth. To access parking from apartment was fast and easy but we could not return to apartment that way. Forced to take the very long way to it which included exiting briefly the building to access one elevator then get off to take another, etc.

Very convenient for this part of the city, straightforward checkin and checkout, clean and comfortable. But note that if you are on the back of the building there are train tracks running along that side with commuter trains multiple times per hour for about 18 hours a day.

Really convenient with the app and code sent early with clear explainations. Love it so simple. The only down sides: loud heater, not exactly like the picture but clean and trouble with the room door code at the end. The location was perfect for us. We were 4 minutes away from our Christmas event. Clear communication beforehand was appreciated by Sonder. We had a real challenge getting into the Sonder parking as we could not open the garage door…..where is the fob scanner?

The apartment is fabulous. So much nicer than a hotel. The big problem is the parking garage which even with the detailed written instructions was a nightmare to first get the parking fob and then find the correct parking area It was very frustrating.
