One of the elevators was inoperative for the entire stay. Not enough clothes hangers in the closet (only 2). Door to king suite did not any kind of latch - blew open whenever the A/C fan came on. TV channel guide showed numbers only - no station or show info. Couch in living area hard and uncomfortable to sit on.

The location is extremely convenient. It is close to everything for driving, not walking. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that they include breakfast, but the breakfast area and seating is far too small. There were no plates left, amd hardly any food left. The area was cramped while everyone was trying to get food and coffee. And there was nowhere to sit, all the tables were full.

Not very clean

The rooms unfortunately, had long hair present on the bathroom floors. They weren't prevalent initially, and I suspect it may have been because the carpets hadn't been properly cleaned. Additionally, the trim around the bathroom door appeared to have some bodily fluids on them.

Room service needs to be improved. Few basic items need to be provided, for example Staybridge gives coffee powder, sugar, coffee brewer too, but not the filter. In the parking there is no visible stalls. In bathroom, shower curtain is in poor condition, there is no exhaust in bathroom. Overall it was terrible experience.
