Disliked: Cleanliness
I came to this unit with my 3 older kids (all over 21) and my wife. The unit, although recently renovated with a beautiful updated kitchen and bathrooms, was extremely dusty and not cleaned professionally. The manager/owner (unsure) was very communicative. There were no hair dryers, no soap dispenser in the King size bedroom, dust on the dining room chairs (which I had to use disinfectant wipes under the sink to clean), a fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling (seems dangerous), back patio screen door had a giant tear in it, one of the kitchen outlets where the toaster was put didn’t work (I had to use another outlet in the kitchen), no hangers/no ironing board (there was a iron), not enough towels. Front door had garbage/wooden material/building material just laying there on the side. There were pieces of housing material at the beginning of the driveway as well. The dishwasher, when you try to open it, there’s a piece of plywood beneath it that was not secured. In the king size bedroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, the shower head shelf that hangs on it was rusted, the shelves in every bedroom had a thick layer of dust on it because it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. In the kind size bedroom, the toilet seat was not secure and loose. Before you rent this property out to another family, please have it professionally cleaned with adequate amenities. This property looked half done and in a construction zone. It wasn’t finished or ready for guests.
