Booked an executive suite with patio and courtyard view. Had a tiny damp basement room with small ground level window looking under the deck. If u r over 5 ft 2 inches tall then b prepared to hit your head regularly on the chandelier. No patio, no courtyard, no breakfast, never met hosts but did endure their yappy dog and constant overhead walking. Didn't enjoy the moldy shared shower or the cockroach in my room! Extremely misrepresented!

Lovely basement split into 4 rooms for those who hate having any extra space. Hate setting alarms? This place has you covered with an incessant yapping dog directly outside the window for an early morning wakeup call! If you think sharing a single bathroom between 4+ rooms for double what you should pay for just a space for a bed sounds like a good time then this is the place for you. Highly recommend to all my enemies and those i wish nothing but inconveniences as we were counting the seconds to check out. God Speed to those brave enough.

Everything was very organized and well kept, instructions and rules were very clear and helped to ensure everyone was comfortable. My only thing worth mentioning would be that no towels were provided unless asked, and if the host wasn’t home you’re kind of stuck (which wasn’t stated anywhere in the guidelines). Overall a great, organized and affordable place to stay, will definitely be staying here again!

Honestly I didn't get the facility for what I have paid for. You get a washroom sized room in a baement for $130 with a common washroom and a common kitchen. The kitchen is good. Although they call it as a hotel, there is no attendee to receive you or give you the keys. As the locks are digital, they send instructions to your email. But there was a problem in my room lock, without keys I coudn't lock it. I have reported it to them, but she didn't show up. She just texted I can lock it from outside, but I couldn't. I used some trick to lock the room from outside. It is an individual house, they convered this as a rental space, this is not a hotel. Another thing, Expedia says your checkout time is 1PM, but they say the check out time is 10:30 AM. However, you can always argue that because it was them who listed the property details in expedia. In shorts, the rental is super expensive in that area.
