This is our second stay at Toor and once again we loved it. Check-in process was smooth and the staff are always wonderful, they even upgraded our room which was very much so appreciated for our weekend away. We ordered drinks to the room, which of course was wonderful service and fairly priced drinks. The room was very clean and stocked with many amenities, housekeeping is always so kind and helpful. The overnight staff are very attentive and kind, and the check-out process was just as smooth especially with online checkout. The valet are quick to help with your bags and are efficient at getting your car up in the estimated time or less. I would like to thank every staff member for making us feel welcome, at home, and safe; your hard work and kindness is more than appreciated.

The staff is lovely, the room is clean and fresh, the gym is great. My only gripe, if I had to find one, would be the location. There’s quite a few unhoused folks around so walking can be a little intimidating but I walked to the tower from here so it wasn’t so bad.

Incredibly modern and beautifully decorated hotel within easy reach of the Eaton Centre and a large selection of restaurants. The terrace was a really nice feature and we sat up there each morning with a Tim Horton’s coffee. We went to two Maple Leafs games and we were able to walk to the Paths really easily from the hotel in a short time. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly and helpful and recommended a tour company to use for a trip to Niagra Falls which was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious and the floor to ceilings windows gave us a great view…and with there being black out roller blinds and curtains it turned the room pitch black which really helped us get good nights sleep every day. The only criticism I have is that the wardrobe was small and there was little draw space so it was slightly cramped for two people’s worth of clothes but we managed. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a large shower and the complimentary toiletries were really nice quality.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. A 5 minute walk to the Eaton Centre and 10 minute cab ride to Scotia Bank and Rogers Center. It offered the quality of the big hotels without the price tag. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were also so soft and comfortable. The roof top patio and fire tables were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or visit again!
