Really stylish rooms, very good restaurant, and a nice terrace for all guests on the 14th floor. It's a 10 minute walk to St. Lawrence Market. Nearest underground (subway) station is Queen or Dundas (another 10 minute walk). Most of the attractions in Central Toronto are within walking distance.

Actual hotel was nice along with the room. Area is a bit rougher but nothing crazy for a big city. My only real issue was with check in they gave us a room that was already occupied and we walked in on someone in their room. They put us in a same room with no upgrade after the incident. They were very apologetic and kind but it made me feel very uneasy knowing that this could happen to us during our stay.

This spot has enormous potential. It’s a new hotel/condo project that will hopefully breathe some life into a previously bleak block of Jarvis St - about a 10 minute walk west to Eaton Centre and south to St Lawrence Market. Modernized automatic lighting including floor lighting that helps if you get up in the middle of the night. Super comfortable bed, Not much extra space but floor to ceiling windows help. The huge terrace on the 14th floor is a gem. Even during a hot spell there is plenty of shade to chill, enjoy a drink or meal and watch medical helicopters land on the roof of St. Michaels hospital a few blocks away.

The Toor was clean, modern and had the best staff. The staff at reception were amazing, it was the same female and male for our whole stay, they built quick rapport and went above and beyond. The hotel though is about two streets out of the nice part of town, there is a heavy homeless population with food banks, the Salvation Army and transient housing services.

The lobby was very nice. Aesthetically it was very well decorated. My issues came with the room it felt not clean. I found hair in the bed. The floors were bare and they felt like they hadn't been mopped in a while. On my last night there I was on the 11th floor in my room was full of flies. Though it was a nice hotel I don't think I will be staying there again.
