I think the best you can find for its price was the location in downtown toronto, very clean, very stylish and very nice apartment. Thank you very much for everything. I think people are looking for an excuse for bad comments. Everything is great. I was very worried after reading the comments but everything was perfect. my experience 10 / 10

Excellent location and great view

The place lived up to its promise. The location is excellent, offering a pleasant view. However, there were a few loose wooden floor pieces that didn’t bother us much, but they could pose a potential fall hazard.

It wasn’t worth the money. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. There was no soap. The pillows were lumpy balls. Most of the vertical blinds were broken, and we had so much light in the room I didn’t sleep at all. It was, however, close to Scotia arena and Cn tower. The ad says it has cotton sheets and down duvets. They’re all polyester and no top sheet. It was very expensive for very sub-par experience.

The parking situation is frankly bs. I assume most people in the operation were not in the country. We had a flooding situation, not their fault nor ours, but we should have been upgraded to a better suite.

The property looks nice in the photos, but the actual condition of the place is horrendous. Literally everything in this room was damaged: doors, mirrors, floor, blinds, cabinets, oven. Room was "cleaned" beforehand but still needed a vacuum and furniture had stains. Room was advertised as 2 beds sofa bed but the couch didnt have a bed. So even though the room was advertised to sleep 6 one of our guests didnt have a bed. The building fire alarm was constantly going off at all hours of the day and night. No chance of getting sleep here.

The pictures in the ad are beautiful, the actually apartment not so. Some lights were burnt out and TV didn't work ask for assistance they never responded to the email with a solution. They offer full kitchen with no pots and bake sheet to cook. The frying pan was disgrace to use. Some doors won't open correctly. If you are not looking to cook or a 3 star place this is your place. The place was very clean and there instructions are very detailed.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay while we were in town for The Eras Tour! 3 of us in a family, 2 bedroom condo and we couldn’t have asked for better!

Check-in process needs some work. I struggled finding parking of the property, ended up parking somewhere else. Then got to the lobby, had to go through security check and id verification, then let go to elevator but can't really get to the property because no keys. I had to take the stairs to get to the property on the 23rd floor :( to find the door open and the keys on the table. Very poor way to check-in.

This stay was not the best. No real check in, only one set of keys, the floors were all broken, holes in the wall, and I still have not heard back from the host as to when I will receive my deposit back. Upon arriving, the “host” didn’t answer me for about 15 minutes which left me and my group outside waiting for that time. Then when he finally answered, he had to bring us to the parking because it was very difficult to find… overall just very unprofessional and unorganized… I would not recommend at all.

This property and the management is horrendous. Despite checking in with them regularly before our arrival to confirm our booking, they canceled our room in order to upsell it to someone else. They have no staff on hand at the property and make you call them by phone if any issues. When I called them to ask for support with our check in, they indicated that they needed a few minutes and would call back. A few minutes later, they proceeded to send me this text message: Hi, we just got an update from our team. We regret to inform that the unit is not available anymore that's why unable to provide the unit currently. We will proceed with the full refund. Unfortunately due to some major maintenance issue unable to accommodate you at this moment. We haven't any room available for today. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. They did not respond to anything after that and I noticed all calls made to them went straight to voicemail from that point forward. They then had some other guy conveniently at the property who suggested he could help as he had rooms in the building, although at a significant price increase. This place is so sketchy. While we were dealing with them, they did the same to at least 4 other families, some of whom were in tears as they had nowhere to go and it was getting late, not to mention most had just arrived from the airport like us.

Don’t walk, RUN!

Hotel cancelled my reservation an hour before check in when I paid a deposit a year ago leaving me stranded with my 9 year old autistic child in the middle of Toronto in 40 degree weather. All local hotels were booked and I had to set up arrangements last minute. After receiving no check in email, I contacted the number listed and spoke with an attendant on the phone at 2:23pm letting me know there was a room available that would be ready by 5pm and that I needed to pay a security deposit (more money on top of what I’ve already paid) only to be sent an EMAIL not a phone call, 20 minutes later, to say that no room is actually available. Avoid this business at all costs, they will take advantage of you and won’t even bother to follow up via phone call. This company is a disgrace and all the other negative reviews before this are ACCURATE, booking with them is a gamble.
