A very funky hotel with lots of potential. Abysmal customer service. Suggestion would be to ask hotel guests if they will be enjoying either the rooftop lounge or bistro during their stay and if so reservation could be made. We were not treated as guests if the hotel at either onsite facility which is a lost opportunity for the overall experience. It feels as those staff have not been trained in customer service for a hotel that commands a somewhat premium offering.

The room was lovely. Staff were super kind and helpful. They left us a bottle of wine in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary. The bistro was absolutely delicious for brunch. We were lucky to snag one of the few parking spots available so that was a blessing. The rooftop patio made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had & the view was stunning. Loved the area the hotel is in a quick 15 minute walk to winter village. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were disappointed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual “Highlights.” The room was advertised as soundproof, but this was not the case. We could hear the staff outside the door in the morning and doors slamming. The wine could hardly be called a “bottle”; it was very small, especially for four people. At the reception, we were told that they did not have such rooms at all, so we provided a screenshot. Manager Anna was very kind and gave us a discount in the form of free parking, which improved our impression and mood.

Its a lovely old building restored with great attention to detail however I found the room very small. Maybe that’s because the size of the original rooms was maintained. I would like to see a little more variety in menus, both the restaurant/bar adjacent to the lobby and in Roof Top dining room.

The room was awesome. The women at the rooftop bar Resturant denied us from going to the bar? There were multiple single seats open and she wouldn’t allow us to go get a drink. I explained we were staying at the hotel and just wanted a drink quick before we left for the night and she didn’t care lol. Front desk people were very nice

This is a beautiful hotel located close to many conveniences. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here many times and will continue to make this our first choice when visiting the area. The only downside is the temperature control in some rooms can be unpleasant for light sleepers. The staff was very accommodating in moving us to a more suitable room. Communication is excellent prior to check in and during our stay, handling special requests via text. The roof top bar has a great view and yummy cocktails!
