The hotel vibe is great but I'd say what stands out the most is the service. From Jasmine and Virna serving me at the cafe's/restaraunt's to Tony with security making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, the staff are what makes the Drake 5 stars!

The place is nice. Very quiet. The roof top bar could have been worded properly, and mentioned that it’s only on the second floor as roof top gives you that impression that it is high up in floors. The Drake underground was closed on a Friday night, which I had asked about the day before and the gentleman answering the phone never told me it was. The hotel doesn’t have a parking and you will need to use public parking, but that’s pretty normal for downtown Toronto. Overall it’s a cool little hotel with small rooms.

When I booked hotel, for nearby concert, I also booked a snack break before. The charcuterie board was a joke. The drinks were 3/10 at best. The only positive was the friendliness of the staff.

The room was just as advertised, clean, quirky, and comfortable. We were in the older section so no elevator, but for us it wasn’t an issue. The restaurant had delicious choices and great coffee. The Sky Yard was fun for a late night drink after dinner down the street. I loved the art collection! I would definitely return.
