Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The pictures on the listing were different than what we reserved. It was actually a different house. We booked a listing that has 9 bedrooms because we were 15 people, but the actual house was 4 bedrooms. The host also just informed me on the day of the booking that there will be people living in the basement, which was also not on the listing. The host said he cleaned the house, but the house was in a bad condition. We asked the host to resolve this problem, but the host just told me that it was Expedia fault and we should talk with them. While we were waiting for Expedia(Vrbo) to resolve the issue through phone, the actual party who booked the 4 bedroom house arrived so we had to leave. Then the host just canceled us and 15 people had no where to go. SO, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE A RESERVATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOST. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR US. DON’T GO.
