it was nice n cool when we got in , it was in a good area chinatown is really cute and easy ish access to the subway it wasn’t terrible to walk and it was quite clean and redone so it was quite modern n pretty it was a really nice little hotel

Two weeks have passed since checkout and I am still waiting for the refund of my $250 damage deposit. Despite multiple attempts, there has been no response and no way to reach anyone to resolve the issue. A refundable deposit should be returned promptly after checkout. This has not happened. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean floors, sheets, bathroom, towels. Higher-up ledges were super dusty, some corners had dust. Window didn’t stay open. Battery cover on ac remote didn’t hold. HVAC didn’t seem to respond to remote input, except for on/off. Door hardware was crooked and not tight. Tiny window is great, but didn’t stay open, had to prop it up with a rolled-up washing rag . These are normal maintenance items that are generally forgivable and can easily be lived with. Small attention to details like this would make a difference. Generally, I was comfortable and pleased with bed mattress quality, nicely appointed bathroom/shower.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the pictures in the ad were a bit misleading -- I stayed in the queen room and there were no windows. The lighting could have been improved, it was a little harsh. It was a great place for a great price. Just felt weird that we had to give a 250$ deposit via interact if the room is already 255$. The window we had was a skylight with no curtain and there was a big crack under the door, we could literally pass our fingers under. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

The rooms had plenty of windows for natural light, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was small but bright, with a nice layout.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom. There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.
