I had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Mississauga. Staff at the front desk were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh, delicious options. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is extremely overpriced for the level of facilities provided. Price is not justified by the overall experience. Additionally, Expedia charged me in USD, even though I made the booking from Canada. There was no clear indication that the booking would be processed in U.S. dollars. This feels misleading and comes across as a hidden way for Expedia to charge extra. I am very disappointed with both the hotel pricing and Expedia’s booking practices.

The blast of perfumed air I encountered when entering the hotel lobby was a hit to my respiratory system and left me wondering what are they trying to cover up with the scent blast?
