This delightful 4-Star holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our West Wing and sleeps 4 people. The property is set in beautiful south-facing gardens and offers stunning sea views from the terrace, furnished with a generous outdoor table and seating area. The accommodation is equipped, furnished, and maintained to a high standard providing. Contemporary open plan living/dining area with sea views. Furnished with a corner modular sofa, dining table and chairs, coffee table and a matching side table complemented by a Smart TV with integrated Freeview and DVD player. The modern kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and full range of utensils.

The Master Bedroom is well furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. There is a large picture window to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Bedroom two is furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinet complete with lamp, chest of drawers, and double wardrobe. The recently refurbished bathroom comprises a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror. There is an additional cloakroom, a great bonus when sharing with friends or family. Outside is a terrace with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views and communal gardens.
