Tucked away in the corner of the development is this lovely reverse level two-bedroom townhouse. With its own stone step access from the allocated parking space up through beautifully maintained gardens, the scene is set for a relaxing and private holiday from the moment you arrive.

Benefitting from wooden flooring throughout the main living area, the house is decorated in muted tones that beautifully frame the fabulous sea views. Particularly bright and airy as it benefits from dual aspect windows with a great view of nearby Seaton beach it is a super place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine whatever the weather. Open the bifold doors and you have your own private dining terrace again with those great views. Your fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that one would expect in a property of this high standard along with personal touches that immediately make you feel at home.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom benefits from a separate shower cubicle and bath and is fitted to a high standard. The Master bedroom is to the front with double fitted wardrobes and lovely views. There is also a twin bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, which has access to the rear courtyard garden which is perfect for a morning cup of coffee.
