Two bedroom 'Two Bays' apartment with magnificent ocean views from the balcony & open plan living, dining & kitchen area. This second storey apartment features a large 42 Inch Smart TV, DVD, CD stereo system, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with spa bath & separate powder room. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, accompanied with a 32 Inch TV with chromecast. There are also a Tri Bund (double on bottom, single on top) in the second room as well as a European laundry with washing machine & dryer for your convenience.

The spacious sunny balcony is ideal for outdoor entertaining provided with BBQ & outdoor setting or simply just relaxing and watching the world go by! This holiday property also offers great position directly opposite the Torquay front beach and easy walking distance to both Gilbert & Bell Street precincts. Portable fans, electric heating and off street parking x 1 space provided. Wi-Fi is also available at the property!
