This well maintained property accommodates up to 12 guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double with the 3rd bedroom ideal for kids with 2 sets of bunks and 2 trundle beds.

Internally this house has everything you will need including 2 living areas to accommodate both the adults and kids. There is also a well appointed and equipped country style kitchen with adjacent formal dining. Both living areas are equipped with split system air conditioners, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout your stay. There is also a wood fire heater in the front living room ideal for the cooler months of the year.

Whilst inside has everything you will need it is outside where this property sets itself apart. Open up the bifold doors from the main living area onto the large deck. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy family meals outdoors, with a large outdoor dining area and swing chairs making the most of the sunshine and fresh coastal air. Step down to discover the inviting rear yard area, with fire pit and trampoline. This property also supplies an array of beach toys and boogie boards so you don't have to bring these with you.

Available all year round, this property allows you to fully embrace the coastal lifestyle, whatever the weather. For pet lovers, pets are welcome with a fully fenced secure garden to keep your furry friends safe.
