Being on Babbacombe Downs you have direct access to all of the cafe's, restaurants and bars that it has to offer and also one of the most breathtaking coastal views in Devon. Coombe Villa is a home away from home and at 335 sqm (3,605 sqft) it is perfectly sized to accommodate multiple families.
The space
Featuring a large sitting and dinning room that opens onto a well stocked kitchen the living area works well for entertaining in an open plan way or by separate living areas. Cozy up in front of the log burner or sit in an arm chair looking out to sea. French doors then lead onto a sun terrace with more views and access to the hot tub and above ground pool(4m - Pool open June, July & August). For added convenience there is an outside loo and changing room.
Further living space inside includes a cinema and games room. Have hours of fun with the slate bed pool table or quickly convert for table tennis. The 75" tv is great for sport and movies. There is also a small bar next door with a serving hatch meaning you don't have to go far for drinks.
Sleeping arrangements include a principle suite with a large en suite bathroom that has sea views and access to the balcony. There are also three more en-suite bedrooms(two on the ground floor) and two bedrooms that share the family bathroom.All rooms but 1 have a TV.
