Beautifully furnished spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the amazing Mar Menor Golf resort course.
Fully equipped apartment with everything you will need to have a relaxing holiday. The main bedroom can be configured with a super king or 2 singles, your choice!
Community pool within a 10 mins walk (In season June - September)
Please note to use this pool you need to pay 15€ per adult and 5€ per child you will then be given a voucher to use in the restaurant the same day.
The hotel also has an indoor pool, spa facilities (Charges apply) and a number of excellent restaurants including Italian, Japanese and traditional. It also has a great Irish themed bar.
The Boulevard has a number of excellent restaurants including many with a very high quality food to be sampled. And if you run out of restaurants in the immediate vicinity you have a short ride to either Roldan Los Alcazares or Roda all within a 10 or 15min drive.
Golf
On-site 18-hole course modelled by Nicklaus Design. The course is 72 par, over 6,515 yards, with lakes, strategically placed bunkers and set amongst palm trees, grasses and beautiful flowering shrubs. The course is stunning as well as exciting to play. There is a club house and bar overlooking the pool of the 5* Intercontinental Hotel, pro shop, top class practice facilities and lessons available. Golf clubs and buggies are available for hire. There are 5 other Jack Nicklaus designed courses in the area, all within a 25-minute drive. Also within easy reach are many other courses, including the renowned courses at La Manga Club.
The Mar Menor is -in spite of its name- Europe's biggest salt water lagoon, and it is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga, a strip of land which is 22km long. This natural setting has an idyllic microclimate and perfect conditions to enjoy nautical sports. Moreover, here you will find a very particular combination of fishing traditions and modernity, impossible to find anywhere else.
