Modern, stylish ground floor apartment overlooking 18th fairway in this well established and popular golf resort. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard. large garden and outdoor space, including BBQ, Sun Loungers, 6 seater dining table, comfortable seating area. A short 5 minute stroll from all the amenities bars and restaurants this beautiful resort has to offer.
Ideal for both golfers and families looking for the perfect getaway.
The space
This stylish apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with 2 single beds, both with their own private balconies.
The apartment comes with a recently refurbished high spec modern bathroom, with a walk in shower, a large and comfortable living space with a TV. Fully airconditioned, as well as fans in both lounge and bedrooms. Underground parking is available with the apartment.
The large outside space allows for both comfort and hosting with two beautiful L shaped couches, and a large dinning table that sits 6 people.
The property is located on a superb Jack Nicklaus designed golf course in the south of Spain, with beautiful views of the 18 hole.
The complex offers a wide range of facilities, all within a 5 minute walking distance from Casa Viv. The resort operates a 24 hour security system offering a very safe environment. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment . There are over 15 swimming pools around the resort, 2 tennis courts, paddle courts, driving range, putting green a number of playgrounds to choose from as well as a variety of different bars and restaurants catering to all tastes.
The nearest airport to the property is Covera Murcia a short 15 minutes away, with Murcia City and Cartagena City both a 30 minute drive away.

Great location
Overall, a very nice apartment. Many positive features including spacious and many useful appliances. Beds are comfortable and having breakfast on the decking in the February sunshine was just what the doctor ordered. Owner needs to think about comfort of sofas and why shower water goes cold after a short time. Otherwise, an extremely pleasant location and stay.
