Penthouse Arancha-Murcia Holiday Rentals Property
A beautifully decorated family penthouse apartment with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). The spacious balcony overlooks the Jack Nicklaus golf course and the communal swimming pool. The balcony has a large dining table seating six and is sun filled in the mornings.
The living room has a sofa bed, large TV and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and electric hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, liquidiser, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a large communal roof terrace which can be used for sunbathing and drying laundry. This is a gated community which has 24 hour security and beautifully maintained gardens with numerous play grounds and communal pools. At the centre of this quiet resort is a bar, restaurant , a Spa shop and obviously the fabulous golf course. There are many bustling seaside towns within a twenty minute drive also
