Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is your gateway to a breathtaking holiday, located in sun-soaked Los Alcázares. This villa promises an unforgettable retreat amidst a vast, green landscape, spread over 700,000 square meters and surrounded by 4,000 native Mediterranean trees.

Experience a luxurious vacation with exclusive access to the resort's central park, featuring a stunning Crystal Lagoon, only for Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort residents. The resort also boasts an 8,000-square-meter private beach and a charming beach club for relaxation and water sports like paddle-boarding and kayaking.

The Villa

Inside the accommodation, you'll find a cozy living room with an open kitchen, a 6-person dining table and a comfortable sofa, ideal for family gatherings. This spacious home offers three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, including one en-suite. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (160 x 200 cm & 180 x 200 cm), while the third bedroom in the basement has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Luxe bed linens and towels are provided.

Outdoors, enjoy a private pool, an outdoor lounge in a spacious garden and a rooftop terrace for outdoor relaxation.

Additionally, the villa has a huge 90m2 naturally lit basement with the third bedroom and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work. There's also a comfy lounge area with 55" TV, a PlayStation 4 and a children' game room featuring a ping pong table for entertainment.

Explore nearby attractions, like La Zenia Boulevard, 17 golf courses within 30km, the authentic city of Cartagena, the beautiful Los Alcázares beach, with its local restaurants and cozy cafes and much much more.

Please note: The Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is still under construction and is not yet fully finished. It's possible that you might experience some minor noise disruption at the villa during the weekdays because of this. Rest assured, we strive to keep this inconvenience to a minimum. All the resort's amenities, such as the Lagoon with water sports activities and beach bar, are fully operational and available for your enjoyment.
