This is a fabulous 3 bed villa on Mar Menor Golf Resort with private pool and garden.



The accommodation is fully equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, gas barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, French etc), DVD player, high chair and travel cot for younger children if required.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.



The Resort



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.



Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week. On site is tennis courts, padle courts etc.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):



- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
