The apartment has 3 floors and has ducted air conditioning in all rooms. On the main floor there is the living room with access to a terrace with frontal views of the sea behind the pine trees, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Going down a spiral staircase we find the ground floor which has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third floor which is a large solarium terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room. The rental price also includes a private parking space. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
