AT091 Els Pins I: Three bedroom apartment located in "Els Pins" (The Pine Trees) residential, one of the best spots of Torredembarra, next to the beach. It is a residential complex with a lovely shared area, which includes four pools (two large ones and two more for children) open from june to september, a pine wood with tall pine trees providing shade and a direct exit to the sea promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The accomodation has three bedrooms (one double bed and 4 single beds), a separated kitchen (with washroom), a bathroom, a living-room and a private terrace, which has lovely views to the sea, the beach and the common area. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. A Smart TV with MOVISTAR+ and DAZN, included at no extra cost. The rent price includes a private parking space and access to the shared pools. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
