Très belle résidence

Appartement calme et bien situé (proche de la mer à pied). Quelques commerces à proximité. Carlos est un hôte prévenant et à l'écoute. La résidence est familiale, facile d'accès et propre. La piscine est topissime avec de beaux espaces verts !!!

Apartamento y comunidad para unas buenas vacaciones

El apartamento está impecable. Equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. La comunidad en la que se encuentra es fantástica. Tiene piscina muy grande y una gran zona de césped muy cuidado. Es fantástico para ir con niños, como fue en nuestro caso. La playa está a 8-10min caminando. Es una playa en la que hay una zona de aiguamolls o humedales, que la hace más especial y hay puestos de socorristas a cada X metros. El propietario, Carlos, es muy amable y atento. Responde a cualquier duda muy rápido.

Location super a tout niveau.

Ns avons passé un super sejour ds l appartement de Carlos, tres propre, grand, tres fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu il faut. Proche de la plage à pied (max 10min) . 5min de la ville (en voiture). Situation impeccable. Piscine tres bien. Rien a redire. Nous reviendrons et je le conseil sans problème. TOP.

Perfecto para ir en familia

Hemos estado dos semanas en este apartamento y super agusto. La zona tranquila, la playa cerca. Se puede ir andando. También hemos ido a PortAventura y está muy cerca. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Carlos nous a bien accueilli, appartement cosy, conforme à l’annonce. Par contre il n’y a pas de chauffage, excepté un petit radiateur d’appoint (style salle de bain) et en hiver ce n’est pas suffisant, de fait, nous avons souffert du froid (prévoir des couettes). Par contre il y a une cheminée dans le salon, que nous n’avons pas utilisé.

SUPER VACANCES

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances l'endroit est très calme et surtout très propre. L'appartement est agréable avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur la piscine qui par ailleurs est très grande et propre le nettoyage y est fait chaque matin. Le propriétaire Carlos est très à l'écoute de ses locataires nous recommandons et y retournerons ;) Muchas gracias Carlos !!!!

Compact and clean with a great outdoor pool and fifteen minutes walk from a big supermarket.

We ( two adults and two teenage boys ) had a great week. Parking was easy and free on the street outside ( a car is necessary here ) and we loved both the pool and beach. We always ate brunch on the spacious balcony and usually cooked in the evenings. There are very few eating places within walking distance, but I can recommend the campsite just before the bridge on the main road. The pizzas there were great! Carlos was a very efficient communicator ( in Spanish ). Thank you Carlos!

Appartement parfait tout comme son propriétaire qui est disponible et à l'écoute. La résidence est bien sécurisée et nos filles ont pu passer leur soiree au bord de la piscine puisque l'on a une vue directe sur celle-ci depuis la terrasse. L'appartement est particulièrement bien agencé et conforme aux photos et l'équipement est suffisant pour la cuisine. Attention cependant pour les futurs locataires, il n'y a pas de cafetière si ce n'est une machine a dosettes de marque Krups. Également, le lit deux places est un 160*200 (on est arrivé avec des draps en 140). Le nécessaire pour le nettoyage est présent. Des commerces sont à proximité ainsi que la plage. Pour conclure, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence occupée majoritairement par des espagnols très sympathiques. En bref, "Muchas gracias Carlos!"

Apartamento, piscina , urbanización...todo es de acuerdo al anuncio, además de limpio, en buen estado y con detalles por parte del propietario: cafetera nespresso, jabón y papel en el baño, batidora, exprimidora y utensilios necesarios en la cocina cuando viajas con niños. Hemos disfrutado mucho. En una finca cercana hay unos caballos cuyas visitas hacen las delicias de los pequeños.

APARTAMENTO IDEAL PARA FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS

Apartamento en urbanización con estupenda piscina y zona de césped ideal para los niños. Está situado a 10 minutos andando o 1 minuto en coche de la playa de arena estupenda y buena calidad del agua. La relación calidad precio del apartamento es muy buena.
