AT046 Els Pins I: Two bedroom apartment located in "Els Pins" (The Pine Trees) residential complex, one of the best spots of Torredembarra, in front of the beach. It is a residential complex with a lovely common area, which includes 4 pools, two for adults and two for children (opened from June to September), a pine wood with tall pine trees providing shade and a direct exit to the sea promenade (which is exclusively for pedestrians) and the beach. The apartment has two double bedrooms (both with tween beds), a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a bathroom with bathtube and dining room with access to private terrace with side views of the beach looking to a quiet side street with dead end. The dining room is equipped with an air conditioning unit. First floor with elevator. The rent price includes a private parking space and access to the shared pools. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
