Comfortable apartment on the first floor of 3 bedrooms 2 minutes from the beach with large communal pool and garden area.
In Torredembarra (exit 32 of the AP7 motorway) its privileged geographical location invites you to enjoy a mild climate throughout the year. It has one of the best beaches on the Costa Daurada de Catalunya. Beach with crystal clear water and fine golden sand. It has a very gentle slope that allows you to walk in the water or swim without risks.
The 78 m2 apartment is distributed on two levels. On the lower level is the living-dining room, the kitchen and a large terrace, covered with rain, which almost doubles the space of the living room by having a large sliding glass door. The living room has a modern wood-burning stove and briquettes and a 32 ’inch TV.
In the dining room there is space for up to 6 people in addition to having a second dining table on the terrace for outdoor meals.
The kitchen open to the living room has been completely renovated in 2019. Fully furnished and equipped with new appliances: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob and extractor, all in bright white.
On the upper level, the rooms and the bathroom are located. All bedrooms can be double: there is a room with a double bed of 150cm, another with 2 single beds of 90cm that can be mounted as a double bed and a third room with a trundle bed that facilitates 2 beds of 80cm that can also be mounted as a bed double.
It has a complete design bathroom with a large shower and quality toilets.
Others: ironing unit available, high speed wifi, easy parking outside the enclosure, very quiet residential environment, easy and fast access to the promenade and the marina with numerous restaurants and tapas bars, numerous leisure activities for children and adults (golf, go-karting, sailing, horse riding and various sports), 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, playground area with games and table tennis.
The apartment has an unbeatable location 10 minutes walk from the Torredembarra train station from where to reach Barcelona in 50 minutes and enjoy all the cultural and leisure offer that Barcelona offers. With immediate exit to the highway, the apartment is located 15 minutes from Port Aventura, the most visited theme park in Spain and the sixth in Europe. Also less than 20 minutes by car is Reus, a city with high cultural interest for its modernist route that also has the advantage of having an airport. Tarragona, famous for its archaeological remains, is only 15 minutes away and has a high-speed train station that connects with Madrid in less than 3 hours.
