AT044 Els Porxos: Very cozy apartment with two bedrooms, to sleep 6 people, in the Els Porxos building, 250 meters from the Paella beach. The accommodation (first floor without elevator) has a large living room (there is a sofa bed) with access to the terrace and garden furniture overlooking a side street with little traffic, a kitchenette and a renovated bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 2 people) overlook the common area and one of them has a balcony. The accommodation also has air conditioning in the living room, and the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. The rental price includes access to the communal area that has a swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30) and a garden with lawn. And in addition, the apartment has WIFI connection.
