AT242 ELS PINS I: Apartment located in one of the best areas of the beach of Torredembarra: 'Els Pins' (Los Pinos). It is a residential complex on the seafront with a beautiful communal area with 4 swimming pools (two large and two more for children) open from June to September, a pine forest (which is the one that gives the name to the residential complex) that offers a very grateful shade in the summer months and a direct exit door to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), two bathrooms with bathtub and the dining room (here there is a sofa bed for 2 people) with access to the private terrace (equipped with garden furniture) overlooking the communal area and the sea in the background. The rental price also includes a private parking space. We do not accept reservations for groups of young people between 16 and 26 years old.
