In front of the beach, this apartment has a swimming pool for adults in an area and a children's pool with their respective gardens. You can relax in the gardens or on the beach or in his own apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. You can also go to the town of Malaga and excursions to Granada and Seville and Marbella on the same day. Great location & great views!

We really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio & the views. Walked to many great restaurants, shops & the beach. We would rent there again, but there were a couple of issues: *building was set on heat so there was no a/c. It was cool enough outside in the evening, but there were no screens on the windows so, we couldn’t leave the windows open & it would get pretty warm.*communication with the rental office needs improvement. *need to pay final payment in cash & you need to have correct amount as they don’t have change. *I have not received our deposit back yet or any communication regarding when it will be credited back to my credit card. I have messaged the office & they have not responded. The property manager was very helpful & even came back to the condo to help us with the stove operation. Hopefully they will fix these issues as this is a nice place to stay in a great location!

Torremolinos waterfront playamar

We had an amazing holiday which was spoilt by terrible communication with Waterfront Apartments trying to accuse us of breakages, breakage deposit withheld until we contacted VRBO. The communication with Waterfront Apartments was terrible and caused us much stress and upset!

Extremely disappointed - We would never book here again

The property location is good with a nice swimming pool on-site which is well life guarded, a supermarket right next to the complex and many restaurants and the beach. Torremolinos is excellent for anyone with accessibility requirements as it's flat and the beach even has a free access-into-sea for wheelchair users to book. The apartment was a massive let down and the owners/ property managers were completely uninterested in our issues. These were numerous and included: having to take a massive amount of money in CASH to pay for the apartment (which is NOT as advertised on Vrbo). NO fire safety equipment in the entire apartment (NOT as advertised). The air conditioning is poorly maintained, never worked in half of the apartment, and in the other half it dripped through the ceiling downlighter constantly. The "fix" of turning the a/c off for a few hours didn't work, even tried for 20 hours but still it dripped. Sofa bed was totally broken "the owner already knows" (thank goodness none of our party needed it for a bed). Of the 5 dining chairs inside 2 had to be removed on our arrival because they were so broken (never replaced). The chairs outside were literally disintegrating and the covers over the top did not stop them constantly shedding. For the price paid we were utterly disappointed. On top of that, Vrbo were utterly useless in helping us. They are STILL (14 days after coming home) "reviewing our urgent 'escalated' safety concerns" about the flat?!

A spacious apartment right on the beach, no need for car!

The photos dont do this place justice, its far more spacious inc the bedrooms and tons of storage, even a large hallway. Everything you need is there for cooking and things like iron & hairdryers. The pool is stunningly clean and with very friendly staff. Will book again.

Beautiful Summer in Malaga

Property has a great location to all the hot spots of Torremolinos, Beach Access and restaurants. Walking distance to most things. Mercado is an excellent market for the daily needs and is super close by. Pool area is fantastic and incredible enjoyable and easy to get to.

Lage gut | schöner Balkon | Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut. Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht sehr zufrieden. Teilweise war der Fußboden noch mit Baustaub belegt und unter einem der Betten waren noch Glasscherben. Das Mobiliar war leider auch etwas abgewohnt. Die Elektrogeräte wie z.B. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine waren nicht angeschlossen bzw. funktionierten nicht. Positiv zu bewerten sind die Lage des Objekts und der schöne Ausblick vom großen Balkon. Auch der Wintergarten war schön. Restaurants und Ladengeschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Whirlpool Wanne war sehr angenehm und wurde reichlich genutzt.

Great rental

The apartment was very clean, and so is the building in general. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 6 people. The terrace and its view are so enjoyable! The access to the pool is a real plus! We had a great time.

Gran apartamento con excelentes vistas

El gran apartamento, aunque le vendría bien una actualización, está en unas condiciones aceptables, con unas bonitas vistas y una buena situación. Las condiciones de limpieza en las que se nos entregó nos obligó a tenerlo que dar una vuelta por nuestra cuenta para dejarlo aceptable. Los 50 € de limpieza final, del anterior cliente, los tendrían que haber repartido con nosotros. En cuanto a que dispone de aparcamiento, conviene aclarar que no dispone de plaza reservada y está, habitualmente, lleno. Mi conclusión es que es un buen apartamento donde hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable
