Imagine waking up on the top floor of an iconic building, with the sun peeking over Málaga bay and the gentle sound of the sea as your soundtrack. This is how days begin in our apartment in Torre de la Roca, a unique corner in Torremolinos where the views are so stunning they seem straight out of a postcard.



From the living room or bedroom, you can see how the sunrise tints the sea golden. The apartment is designed for you to enjoy every moment: a comfortable 1.50 m bed, blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep, and a fully equipped kitchen in case you feel like cooking.



The bathroom is spacious, with a roomy and comfortable shower. In the living room, two sun loungers invite you to rest, read or simply while away the time. If you fancy a film, you have Smart TV and wifi; if you need to cool down, two silent DeLonghi portable air conditioning units take care of maintaining the perfect atmosphere.



Do you fancy going down to the beach? You just have to take the lift that takes you directly from the building to the sand. And if you prefer the pool, from 15 May to 15 October you have access to a communal one surrounded by tranquillity.



It is important to note that to access the swimming pool during the summer season, a chip is used which, in the event of loss, must be paid €30 for its replacement.



Furthermore, there is parking within the residential complex, and the location is unbeatable: in less than 6 minutes on foot you can reach the train station, with direct connections to Málaga, the airport or any corner of the Costa del Sol.
