Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Located between the Bajondillo and Los Álamos areas, in the Perla del Sol apartments you will experience holidays away from hotel hustle and bustle, enjoying your own schedules and total privacy. You will only cross one road to reach wide, clean and charming beaches, ideal for walks at dawn or sunset along the extensive promenade that connects with La Carihuela, Puerto Marina and Arroyo de la Miel



Within a radius of 3 km, you will discover a varied international gastronomic offer, supermarkets, leisure venues and children's spaces to enjoy with the whole family. The location is strategic: just five minutes by car you can access the main roads of the province, which allows you to explore from the historic centre of Málaga to destinations such as Marbella, Nerja or El Caminito del Rey in less than an hour



The entrance to the pearl of the sun building is through one of the streets between two local establishments in the area, it is well-lit and very safe, so you will have no access problems. You will see that the community takes care of keeping everything clean and well-maintained. You can access the apartment by elevator or alternatively, by the stairs.

Great flat.

Great location. Flat was pretty well as advertised. Very bright and clean. Would suggest some additions to the shower, shelf to place soap, shampoo, etc. Needs to have proper drainage.
